1 | can | (15 ounce) pinto beans, drained and rinsed | |

1 | can | (15 ounce) kidney beans, drained and rinsed | |

1 | cup | beer | |
|
|||
2 | small jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and minced (optional) | ||
|
|||
2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | teaspoons | ground cumin | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
In a large saucepan combine pinto beans, kidney beans, beer, peppers, garlic, cumin and salt.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
